Pathetic service

. I honestly don’t appreciate the kind of service that I now receive from Cell C and we know that due to the Covid 19 there are delays expected. I upgraded on the 2nd of June 2020 and was told that I will receive the phone within 5-7 working days, those days have elapsed. I have made several telephone calls to enquire on the status of the delivery and I have been **** to. The last person I spoke to on the 19th June advised that they were expecting the phone the same day and will mine delivered on the 22nd June 2020 to date nothing is received. I sent an email on the 23rd and was told that someone will make contact with me, nothing has happened.
