Pathetic Service

So cell c after they received all their monies and decided to blacklist me,they now take forever to send me a paid up letter and clear my name but they were quick to deduct their 1600 for that stupid contract of theirs. I've called in numerous times to ask for a paid up letter they keep telling me within 3 business days I'll receive it,I've been waiting a full month now...Its extremely frustrating,get people who love their job in order to have proper customer service...
