PATHETIC SERVICE

i have sent them an email 2 weeks ago nobody has gottenback to me i call everyday and after having to select 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 THE LINE JUST GOES DEAD an the service is as pathetic as their network. what else must i do tie a note to a ***eon to get an answer
