Pathetic service

I upgraded 1 week ago they cancelled my order without notification duento no stock. Updraded to another phone once again the same story. When I want to cancel my upgrade all of a sudden they teme no there is stock. The phone will be delivered. Now it is andifferent story. No supervisor is available to speak to for 5 days. The one division does not know what the other division is doing as every division is telling me a different story. Pathetic servic
