Pathetic service

I received a call from cell c yesterday from a guy called Peter who claimed to have investigated my complaint and they will assist in reconnecting my number. He told me to buy a new Sim card and my number will be activated in 24hrs. Promised to send an email but I have not received any mail from cell c. When I called today, Bontle Lebodisa who is a consultant doesn't even know what I was talking about and also doesn't know who her team leader is. So basically cell c wanted me to write a report saying my query has been resolve whilst they don't lift a finger to resolve my issue. Very disappointed shame.
