pathetic service

Cell C failed to resolve my issue -regarding the outstanding R200 and something that they said im behind with after they collected 2000 and something -the rude lady that called me on friday i have advised her to listen to all the recording from the 25/01 when i was called by cell c regarding my arrears until feb .and she said yes but even now no call that i got from them .they have failed me big time cause they know that i cant do anything abt it cause they will ********* me .but this contract i took from them is the last and i don't think ill ever recommend a frnd or family to take contract with cellc ,because their service sucks .and their untrained agents that they don't even understand accounts items their very very rude .
