Pathetic Service

The most pathetic service ever. A simple swim swap and they ask 5 questions to verify you... Only 2 out of the 5 matches your profile but one fails the the process and must call again...but they ask u for the sms pin before they tell u that u failed... There is seriously something going on here. This is where the ********** contracts happen. All I need is a simple Sim swap as they say my Sim is damaged but every time I call in I get given another story. I am unable to make or receive calls and not able to use the data.
