Pathetic service

This is the most pathetic service provider in sa. I have had numerous of issues with them about my account of my Fibre line. You get thru but no one assists. They either cut the call or put me thru to a supposed manager who doesnt get back to you. I have tried sending an email to the ceo but guess what the email address doesn't work. There is no senior person that can assist with queries. Again this is the most pathetic service provider in sa. I would advice people to never use cell c... They maybe a little cheaper on their contracts but they have the worst customer sevice
