Pathetic service

Call centre is so pathetic,you call and get transferred from pillar to post and get authenticated with every consultant you speak to who says they are the wrong department. How can you call 5 times and still not get help and worst of all these agents keep dropping your calls. I cant wait to cancel my contract and be done with them. A manager Katlego Motingo actually said i cant wait on the line for the cancellation manager coz it would take 30 minutes for them to call me back, a whole 30 minutes to get someone to assist a client who has been calling and agents dropping the call
