Because I bank with Capitec I cant takena screenshot from the proof of payment Inused my daughters phone to take the screenshot. Swear to God they run another debit order without my permission. I reversed the debit order and forwarded and email. I get a reply now that they eant the proofnof payment in PDF format. I am on 24 hours oxygen how would you like me tondo that put myself at risk again to go outside. To go and stand in a que at the bank.
