Pathetic Service

This is nearly 2 weeks since my last review, nothing changed, a consultant contact me on the 8th of December. According Cell c my phone is blocked due to a security I didn't answer correctly, the lady told me even Cell C can't get access to my profile, I'm so sick of Cell c, I asked her to send me a settlement letter so I can get rid of Cell c once forever, her response was to contact another department to get the letter, I have emailed my last 3 payment to show I'm not in arrears and on the 15th I made another payment more than my installment, still my phone is blocked, I refused to pay the R70 added to my account you unsuspend my phone. Until my phone is unblocked no payment will be done by me, and I will start with legal actions, it's 2 months now I can't get access to my banking apps or emails, please sort my account out
