Pathetic service

Cell C has no customer service! Since the 9th of June 2021 I cannot receive any phone calls or sms. I called customer care, entered all the numbers, reset data settings, manually selected Vodacom, rebooted, several times. I still cannot receive any phone calls or sms. I logged a task, which was closed when I followed up because they did try to phone me on my cell c number and the voice mall came up. No kidding! That is why I logged the task. A new task was created this morning, and I have a new tat of 48 hrs. This is ridiculous, sort out your problems. It is not my fault as a paying customer (for more than 20years) that your system is not workiing
