Pathetic service

On a monthly basis when ever I recharge. My balance does not get updated and I cannot convert the airtime into a data bundle. I have to keep calling the service center. This morning 12/07/2023 I had to call customer care over 3 times for the same issue. Go through the same procedure of answering questions and explain the issues. Still it isn't resolved. This is extremely upsetting. Cell C you need to improve your service and system!
