Pathetic service

I am super angry and disappointed with the service or lack there of, from cell c.. I enquired about a data plan and they gave me a link, I followed it, app**** and paid for the plan, Recieved and email with confirmation of application and payment.. Then minutes later Recieved another email saying it had been declined, no reason nor refund of my money, been asking for 4 days for feed back and all I get is excuses, this is totally unacceptable.. Something needs to be done about their bad service
