PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
Utter pathetic, useless service provider. They do not care about their customers, you sell a load of bullsh*t! I happily signed a contract and now sitting with a useless router that does not work. I was given an amount of R960. 00 as a settlement amount, as I canceled my services. BECAUSE WHO WANTS TO CONTINUE USING A SERVICE THAT DOES NOT WORK! You sold me a faulty router! Sent it in for repairs TWICE and you still got a ridiculous settlement amount of R960. 00 now you tell me in order to fully cancel two MORE depit orders will be deducted FOR A SERVICE I AM NOT ABLE TO USE!! How ridiculous! I will name and shame you on every corner I get!
