Pathetic service

Did a upgrade on the 12/10. The person who assisted me said their is stock of the device and i will receive it within 3 to 7 workibg days. After 3 days i phoned to get an update just to find out that theres no stock and the stock will only arive the next week. A week later and stil the same story. Stock will arrive next week. Phoned numerous times just to get n different answer every time. People saing they will get back to you and never does. They have no respect for their clients...
