Pathetic Service

<p>Dear Cell C, I recently join your company through the contract buy out option. Unfortunetley for me I was assisted by an independent contractor Arie Kruger. Innitialy he was friendly and helpful when I was still in the process of signing up, from there it all went south. I had to constently follow up with him on the status of my application, had to fight woth RAM over the delivery of my phone and eventually got the phone and called him to advise that we can start the porting which was done. I have been waiting patiently for the R10 000 to be paid to me with out any success , only false promises and lies, I have to call to find out what is happening and still then he gets irritated htat I call him as he doesnt know what is going on. He went off over the phone and said that he is tired of Johani Spies and her false promises to customers and said that he will say it to her face as he is the one that needs to face all the drama . I am sorry but this is unneceptable and he is causing damage to your brand, he was busy with my wifes application which we eventually cancelled due to his incompetence and no feedback to us. I want someone form Cell C to give me a call and tell me when my mony will be paid and also that you adress this Independant distributors terrible attitude.</p> <p>Riaan Brouwer</p>
