Pathetic service

<p>I have a contract with Cell C. My phone has been block a while ago and I had all my days to get this sorted as I never asked for the number to be blocked.</p> <p>My cell phone has been back to them for all sort of issues.</p> <p>The last time I gave the phone back as the screen just went blank. They have sent this back and I have been patient, again...</p> <p>They phoned me last week and I spoke to a lady that told me now I need to pay R 1500.00, which I did not accept as this is a unit issue. Later a "Precilla" phoned me and told me that they will give a new P8 lite and there would be no cost. She said it would be a sealed unit and I specifically asked what this meant. She explained this would be a new unit in a box.</p> <p>On 2016/12/01 I got a call stating I can collect my cellphone.</p> <p>On my arrival, they gave me a cellphone in a ziplock bag. I could see there is hair between the screen and screen protector. I took the phone, to my big regret.</p> <p>The phone seemed to be working, but later it did not want to read the SD card.</p> <p>Once again I went back to them and they had a long story that they cannot accept the phone as they have to sent this back. There is a block on the phone - some sort of admin issue on their side that is now MY issue.</p> <p>Now, without a phone again, it is in their vault, who knows for how long this time.</p> <p>This just show you once again why there is so much bad publicity.</p> <p>As soon as I can, will cancel my contract with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not acceptable in this industry.</p> <p>I just want a ne working phone.</p>
