pathetic service

<p>I am an existing loyal Cell C customer for many years. Everytime i call in i get disgusting service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i spoke to Fikile Dube, a useless consultant who cant even navigate the system to retrieve my account....extremely rude and very argumentative. Requested to speak to a supervisor, got through to Bongani Mbatha "same attitude" only to find out that i need to be transfered to another department. No apology given from both the consultant and the supervisior.</p> <p>Please have their listening s****s evaluated, instead of arguing with a customer. Listen to the query and deal with it accordingly.</p> <p> </p>
