Pathetic Service

<p>I need to convey my utter disgust at the service levels I am receiving from Cell C and Ram Couriers.</p> <p>I ordered my new contract from Cell C 2 weeks ago, after some backwards and forwards, the contract was finally approved and on the 25/10/2016 I was told that my phone would be delivered on the 26th or the 27th of October.</p> <p>I told Ncumisa Foxi at Cell C that this wasn’t acceptable because I would be in Durban and Cape Town on those days and that I would like the phone delivered Friday 28/10/2016. Ncumisa stated that she couldn’t arrange that but I needed to call Ram. I called Ram and spoke to an agent, she said she would make sure the phone got delivered on Friday but guess what…. I called Ram today only to find out that they tried to deliver yesterday but I wasn’t available and the phone had now been sent back to Cell C!! </p> <p>I have been trying to get an answer from Cell C but i have been effectively been blamed by Cell C and have been told to deal with RAM myself.</p> <p> No one at Cell C will help and I keep getting told that i cant have a managers number but they will contact me... guess what, i have heard ZERO from anyone at Cell C.</p> <p>Pathetic Service before the contract has even been started.</p>
