Pathetic service

<p> I have been with Cell C for a number of years, Tried to upgrade my contract for the last 6 months have spoken to numerous agents and to date nothing, I have been told on a number of times that they will call me back after spending and average of 30 min a call, I have recently chatted to a Zanele Mlangeni from retentions who according to him there is an issue with their systems and promised to call me back the next day. 48 hours have passed and nothing ....Looks like a trend at Cell C . I have been paying you a service fee on a mopnthly basis even thou my contract has expired 3 years ago i fully understand the legalities of the contract however a person should not beg foe Service....Cell C is the biggest mistake i have made, I have terminated my business contract due to service looks like they dont really need business as they to busy ripping people off their contract and trying to prolong the termination fee....I wonder if their retention consultant and manages get commisiion to prolong the ermination of a contract... to top this off i have recordings of my last conversation with Zanele....Terrible Pathetic Service, </p>
