<p>On the 29th of August, I took my Huawei P8 Lite in for repairs (which I could claim from Insurance) at Cell C N1 City, which took quite a while and they couldnt give my job card number as their system was extremely slow.</p> <p> </p> <p>Two weeks down the line I called to check up on the progress, because I received no sms or notification of the phone whatsoever. Little did I know that they actually sent it to the WRONG number, bare in mind that I have a contract with cell c and my number is on their system! </p> <p> </p> <p>Then I was notified by one of their consultants that it was the wrong number and that they sent me a quote for the repairs. I told them that I have insurance so why are they sending the quote to me and not the insurance?</p> <p> </p> <p>One of the consultants didnt even attach my Insurance Policy Number to the claim that I've made!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely pathetic. Now I have to do the run around with insurance and it's been almost a month that I've been waiting for a phone that isn't even repaired according to their Repair Centre in Johannesburg. </p> <p>I have to pay an excess fee and wait an extra week for a phone that should've been repaired by 21 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even when my phone got ****** I haven't waited this long for my cellphone.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel I should change networks, because I have been a Loyal customer for four years and I'm really getting tired of this.</p>
