Pathetic Service

<p>Since the 15 Aug I am still waiting for a explanation why my account is suddenly sky rocket.</p> <p>Customer service dont even come back to one and on site the chat to us you just get a reply "our agents are not availabe, we will re-direct you</p> <p>I want an explanation why my account went up so high suddenly from R300-400 to R2650 and already R1000 in 2 days for next month </p>

call was received on 31 Aug just to confirm that the complaint email was send to branch, and so I am still waiting for Cell C to explaine to me what is going on with my account

I think the best way is cancel my contract with you

Mpho didnt give me any feedback regarding my account and the info I am looking for , dont know who is Mpho, maybe he is the one who called me to confirm the complaine was forward to branch.

Since date and time NOBODY gave me feedback regarding my account, I dont want feedback that complains was forward.

Dont want a call from customer services I want to see a manager in person
