Pathetic Service

<p>I called customer care last week to find out when was my contract ending and was advised that it ended on the 19th of August but there was still an outstanding balance which i paid the same day, i then called the next day to get the contract cancelled which i was advised that my request will be processed,i asked for a paid up letter and was told to call the customer service dept would assist i called them and advised that i call the cancelletion dept to get paid up letter,i called again this morning ive been put through to all the departments and no one can assist with a paid up letter. the service at Cell C is really terrible some departments made me hold for over 20mins and then hang up, can someone assist with a paid up letter.</p>
