PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>Good day</p> <p>I had a contract with cell c , I phoned them in march 2016 to settle my account , they sent me an sms to confirm the settlement and immediately registered me as pay as you go client, all of the sudden now I owe them money and they handed me to debt collecting company , I phoned cell c a number of times ,They mentioned that a payment allocation needs to be done , BUT THEY NEVER GET BACK TO ME , THEY KEEP ME ON THE LINE FOR HOURS and I spoke to more than 4 agents!!!!!! my reference number is ********** 613 , i will never recommend cell c to anyone!!! Your customer service sucks!!!!</p>
