Pathetic Service

<p>So now apparently a transfer has been made into my acc from Cell c for a refund that is due to me as i cancelled my contract with cell c and i paid more for my contract. Richard Makwara proised me that everything wil be resolved, now i have to be running around like a headless chicken and being tranfered from one consultant to the other!! So if my money has been refunded then why am i still following up? why does it not show in any of my bank statements? or my acc? I cannot work with "A transfer has been made in June" without any proof... When i paid up my acc i had to provide a proof of payment so why is it hard for them to prove that this refund was effected??</p>
