Pathetic service

I requested a paid up letter through the Cellc branch at Lalucia Mall on Wednesday the 21 September 2022,we were promised the said would be available in 24hours and haven’t received it ever since

The staff at Lalucia has been so helpful and genuine in their attempt to assist and give them 5stars for service, hence can’t say the same for Cellc accounts, they are pathetic, the manager sent several emails to head office requesting this mentioned document with no response.

I have 3 contracts with Cellc and is probably one of the oldest clients.

Can staff at head office attend to requests like mine that really takes minutes to generate.
