PATHETIC SERVICE

I am disgusted with the service of Cell C. Firstly they made a stuff up with an upgrade and kept me on the string for months before I found out that they actually did not have stock of the new phone. This is going back to May...Then I get charged for a device I did not receive for 2 months. Now I am waiting for over a month for a refund. 2 weeks ago I was told to email some docs through which I did and was told that within 2 days the refund will be done. It is now 2 weeks later and still no feedback from them nor is there any news on my refund. I have to constantly run after them to find out as to what the hell is happening and I get given the run around. Really pathetic service and the word Customer Service should be changed to Run Around Service. I will NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THME AND NOT INTRODUCE ANYBODY TO THEM. Their service sucks and stinks.
