Pathetic service

Good day Cellc has the worst service. I called today cause they did not debit my account again and they don't care cause they messing with people credit record. I spoke to a lady who assist with cellc social media who promised to call me about my hello Peter complaint till today I am waiting whole even customer care is not willing to assist.they change things and have no idea who did and now they adding interest on my account saying I am not paying while they are not debeting my account. I regret the day I took contracts with cellc. They so useless and they nothing but people who lie. They are a ***** that wants more money from clients while the can't even fix their own departments. Call me on ***. And tell what is your excuse. Why have you not loaded the credit on my account. Why have you not fixed your debit system. Why are you not debiting me.
