Pathetic Service

Two weeks later & yet I am still waiting on feedback regarding my complaint that has been lodged the end of May. My husband is still awaiting Cell C to replace his handset , no one is calling him back and this is already out of the returns period. He spoke to an agent and issue was still not resolved and was promised a call back, yet he is still waiting for someone to get back to him. This is pathetic service as he needs his phone for business and personal use. He had the phone not even a full week and the phone was faulty! If this issue and his phone is not replaced today we taking this to the ombudsman!
