Pathetic service

I had extended around 400 mb yesterday. Today when I look at my balance it’s all gone!!!! It’s not the first time it’s happening. I logged a complaint on the app on the 20 February 2021. To date there is no sms informing me that it’s been sorted.

Please have my data sorted ASAP as I will take this to the highest possible lengths to expose your pathetic service!!!!!!
