Pathetic Service

Yho i dont even know to start with the treatment/service that i have been experiencing from Cell C. Its soo dissapointing i think i am lodging a complaint for the 4th time this year for service failure.

Firstly In march one of Agents who claimed to be from headoffice called me offered me a laptop deal with a homeroute and data which i never got, i had to call in couple of times to find out whats happening since she never responded to my emails.

I had problems with connections called the centre to advisei was advised to take the route to a branch so that it can be booked in for an upgrade little did i know that i will be quoted on a new route why i dont know. Home route came back with no signal, i could not connect at all had to take it back again as per one of your agents bare in mind during the time i had to go back to the office, which is incurrs expenses on my side.

I took the route back to the branch in August i still have not received it, a route that i paid for. During all these months i have to go work in the office and also pay monthly installment with you guys yet am only not using the route for its purpose, i do have a pocket route but i cant use it for work.

I really dont know what to do anymore, i dont even know why i am still loyal to you guys. All i want is my home route back with connection.
