Pathetic Service

I do not even think that greeting will help solve the issue. I called Cell C after I received my statement of the 7th requesting, the data package amount that I need to pay the month has increased without anyone notifying note even by writing . The consultant who assisted me advised that she logged a case that was never resolved, not even a single call or email to be notified of the outcome of my inquiry but an sms to rate the service provided which I didn't even receive.

The service is pathetic and I need someone to resolve the data amount today before COB.

Thats the case number that was closed without being resolved , ***
