PATHETIC SERVICE
I took 2 contract in 2019 with Cell C. Decided to pay up in JANUARY 2021, THE CONTRACT WAS SUCCESSFULLY CLOSED ON THE 22ND OF FEBRUARY 2021. HOWEVER LAST MONTH THE 26TH OF APRIL I RECEIVED A DEBIT ORDER AND I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM TO GET AN UNDERSTANDING WHAT THE DEBIT IS FOR, HOWEVER THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO ASSIST THEY ONLY TELL ME OF THE TURNAROUND OF 48HRS. I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING FOR AN INVOICE AND NO INVOICE IS SENT SINCE LAST WEEK. I HAVE FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS AFTER CLOSING THE ACCOUNT REQUESTED THE PAID UP LETTER AND NOTHING WAS SENT THROUGH TO ME. I WOULDNT ADVISE ANYONE TO TAKE A CONTRACT WITH CELL C NEVER.

06 May 2021, 20:56I am still waiting for an invoice/ statement. Where is your financial office based that you don't want to disclose. I want to resolve this fast because you are messing with my credit score.
