So onve again after a day of struggles my problem still not solved. My husband did talk to someone who said we must buy another simcard nr 3 by the way. How many simcards should we still buy befire this is fixed? I gave 2 rica serial nrs yesterday which was apparently not right only God knows how because they were new out of the packet. So let me make this very clear. Seeing that you are the service provider and have contract sim cards please do the sim swap......charge us for that and courier me a sim please. One that is approved by Cell C. Seeing that we bought 2 already which was apparently not right. We expect a call from you tonight or early tomorrow as my husband is working nightshift and sleeps during the day. If no response by 9 tomorrow morning we will take this matter further than helo peter. We had enough pathetic setvice up to now. The cell nr in question is *** for the last time.

Really.......this cannot go on. Just a simple sim swap such a ****** big issue? Do the sim swop send us the simcard and if you need to confirm call my husband now at ***. Juan Martin. We are staying in phalaborwa and the nearest cell c is 140km away. Im sorry but i cannot drive all that way just for a sim swop where you can rather do it.

You must understand how frustrated we are by now. We dont get any help from anyone and this was from day 1 we took the contract. I told you he is working nightshift and sleeps during the day. Then call him by 3 in the afternoon

If you really understood our frustration somebody would have helped us by now. Apologies doesnt cut it anymore im sorry. I should have stayed with vodacom. Its so sad to see a big company like cell c giving such poor service. You must know when this contract is done in 2024 i will be going to another service provider

Maybe if you were in the same position you would have also used strong language by now. Since day 1 we had issues with cell c. I will not recommend you to anyone
