PATHETIC SERVICE
Good day It is over 4 months and Cell C still has not refunded me my money. i have sent them numerous emails and recive the same auto response. It is sad that when they onboard you they call you often, but thereafter there after sales service is pathetic.
this is the standard auto response: Please note that we are still in the process of refunding your money. We are following up daily with our finance team and we will keep you updated.
