Pathetic service

So heres my problem with CellC such a professional yet useless company. Soni paid my account on the 21 Decemer exactly a month ago by the accounts dept have not yet picked up payment,and this after I've mailing proof of payment to them since the 6th,7th,8th,9th and 16th of Jan they still cannot find payment or allocate it accordingly,such incompetence seriously is outrageous to say the least,im so ****ed offense at the service,I've wwvn been call 135 almost every day for them to sort out the problem but no one can give you a straight answer,i think the management is pathetic.
