PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!

About 3 weeks ago I went to apply for a contract at cell c gateway - a lady by the name of Candice assisted me - everything was approved & she advised that they had no stock so I have to wait a week - the following week I get a call from Candice saying my phone has arrived - I go pick it up & when she takes it out the box there was something wrong with it - so she advised that I have to wait ANOTHER WEEK! she then gave me the sim card& said she will call me - a week later still no word from Candice so I called & told them I would like to cancel I spoke to gentleman who then tells me that I AM NOT ALLOWED TO CANCEL even though I never ever got my phone! I then took the matter up with h/office & spoke to a lady by the name of Magdaline, she said she would call me back but till today I have never heard from her! I called Candice & advised that Vodacom has offered me a better deal so she says she will try match that deal & till today I have heard nothing about that! I then called furiously & said I want to cancel today! she tells me her manager isn't in - I then went to take out the contract with Vodacom & received my phone the very same day! CELL C IS DISGUSTING!
