Pathetic service

My device, Sony m4 aqua has crashed. I too it for repair at the head office at old Pretoria rd next to woodmead Firstly when u get there the service is pathetic. When u phone, the service is no better as well. I accepted the quote for repairs and was told that my device will be fixed in 15 working day . That time period has elapsed. My account will be debited from tomorrow but I still don't have my phon . I need my phone as in yesterday.
