Pathetic service!

I had been to your westwood mall Cell C branch to cancel my contract. I was given a sheet of paper with an easy pay number on it and was told to pay this once off amount at Pick n Pay, as the store does not deal with any cash. I did it the same time and went back to the store with the proof of payment. I was told it would be sorted for me and my contract will be cancelled. This was in April!! ..

Reason why I wanted to cancel the 20gig wifi I had is because my wife had taken the 100gig contract for our home with you guys.

I was contacted last week by cell c to upgrade my contract as I was told it's coming to an end. I have been getting debited every month!!! When I was told my contract will be ended by May after giving 30 days notice in April. I had paid the once off payment for my contract to end but i was still getting debited and I had not used the wifi.

I work in musgrave so I went to the musgrave cell c branch to query it yesterday. They told me they do not cancel contracts and that I must contact 084 143. I contacted them this morning and got the run around. Transferred from cancellation department to a department that needs to deactivate the sim cards first before cancellation. That department then tells me they do not deactivate the cards and that they will transfer me back to the cancellation department.. to which the call then cuts!

Maybe more training is needed by staff with product knowledge but the service is also pathetic. I need feedback immediately as I have not been using your service but cell c keeps debiting my account and I want my funds back!
