Pathetic service

I have a Cell C contact and took out insurance with C Surance, phone is booked in for repairs now and after a year of having the phone they telling me that my insurance is still on pending status and that i was being under debited for my insurance. Why is that they never made an effort to call and notify me that it was still on pending status a year later after applying for insurance. I was the told that i need to pay the installments from last year June to date which amounts to R1700 so that my insurance would be active...Insurance company's are selling us dreams when its time to claim the are a whole lot of issues. I am really fed up with C Surance as their service is pathetic and they very well know how to **** people over. Seeing that i was under debited i want a refund i want my money back and i would not have insurance then seeing that i already don't have and my phone cannot be fixed. They didnt even have the decency to notify me that the insurance was on pending status so who's fault is that????? I want this resolved asap
