PATHETIC SERVICE

I am very, very frustrated in the service I got from Cell C after being and client for more that 15 years. I took out a new cellphone contract on 29 May and my first debit order was suppose to be debited last day of July. I am struggling since then to get my acc debited for a cellphone I've got seems like Cell C does not want my money. I spoke to Butumelo on 4/7/19 & 8/7/19 as well to Wendo Arendse on 5/7/19 promissing to re-enforce my debit order and up to today the money is still in my bank acc. Butumelo also needs to go for training on how to handle a client, because she just transfers calls to the incorrect department without even telling me what she is doing I was still busy speaking to her and the next moment I just got music in my ears WHAT KIND/TYPE OF SERVICE IS THAT? So now I am wondering maybe I should change my service provider after all these years, because currently there is no service at Cell C they claim to help where they can, but in fact the are only giving their customers more frustration. I need this matter to be sorted out and I want feedbac****!
