Pathetic service

Horrific and disgusting service. I went to cell c with my laptop that has been giving me problems. I was told to contact platinum warranty. This people can't read and they can't take faults down correctly. Now it's expected of me to go back to the store wait for hours so that they can phone the same uneducated people to waist my time. I took the contract from cell c not platinum warranty I expect that you get your act together before I cancelle my contact with you. I asked the lady for a customer complaint number and I was told there is no contact number for customer complaints.
