pathetic service

Last Monday I tried to cancel my contract. I was on the phone for 4 hours with no luck. Was transferred to the wrong department several times, where I explained my story each time and then I was told I am transferred in the wrong department. Only to have a consutant bar my line without my consent. I am still awaiting a call from my previous complaint on Hellopeter . cell c service is pathetic
