Worst call center ever, called in to reduce my monthly limit I’m told I can’t because I didn’t pass the security questions yet I told them that last night I updated my details on the app and now they can’t assist me because their system did not update and I confirmed with the old and new details, I’m on hold for the past 17 minutes. ****** pathetic Cell C.
