Pathetic service

Experienced bad service at the Cell C branch in bluff. My phone was blacklisted without my consent on the 25/02/2019. Went to the store four times to request a unblacklisting to be done up until now nothing has been escalated. I dont even belong to the cell c network some idiot in error blacklisted my handset and willing to correct their mistake. Absolutely frustrated at this point at the lack of customer service. Not even a manager has contacted me . That's the reason why people dont even sign up with this network. Very disappointed.
