Pathetic service
I recently did an upgrade on my cell c contract. I got my new card and phoned to do a Sim swap. Because I answered a question wrong in my security questions I now have to wait 30 days before I can do it. A Sim swap is free on an upgrade and I am paying for this contract. They give u an option to go to a cell c shop to do the Sim swap but then you have to pay. This is ridiculous and pathetic!!!!
