Pathetic Service

I called 2 times trying to do a sim swap but they keep refusing saying I havent answered all my questions right. Its not like I keep a log of everytime I recharge and whom I call the most. I am very angry because this is incoveniencing me as my family and clients haven't been able to get ahold of me since Sunday. And to think I ported from Vodacom to Cell C hoping for better service.
