Pathetic service

I receive no joy regarding my complaint. I phoned the contact centre and there was no immediate assistance. I can confirm that cellc service is not good at all. They transferred me to four agents and all failed to assist. Keep on repeating terms and conditions. I spent 20 minutes on the phone. Cellc failed me and I thought there were the best of the best in S.A as was told.
