Pathetic Service!

for as per the contract I signed, the consultant I dealt with never checked if my credit score is enough for a Sony xperia z5. After she created and expectation that I will be getting it she even changed my package from top up to epic before even activating the phone on my contract after all that I get told I cant get the phone cause my credit score is too low...she never changed my package back to top up...I still have a open line, im being disadvantaged because of her incompetence. Now I have to take a phone in my price range, I got that but now they never have stock today was my 6th time going there, I even took a day off at work to sort out their mess and im still not gettinf anywhere, nobody calls to keep me in the loop, I must always go there and be treated like a fool, I work in a call centre customer service is imperative they are suppose to be delivering a service but they are more worried about their comission . Words cannot discribe how disgusted I am. The phone is out of stock again nobody called me the last time as promised and im not expecting them to phone me now cause like they say the phones are sold out ...im just as important as any othe
